Planning and Zoning Board (Greene County)

The Planning and Zoning Board holds public hearings pertaining to planning and zoning in Greene County. The Planning and Zoning Board reviews and approves subdivision plats and variances and acts as an advisory board to the Greene County Commission.

Meeting times: Public hearings occur on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Additionally, there are two study sessions which facilitate the public hearings held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. and immediately prior to the Planning Board monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. 

Requirements: Members are required to reside in the unincorporated area of Greene County.  Board members receive a monthly attendance fee of $50.00.
